Never release balloons into the atmosphere.

Never inhale helium gas.

Always use a balloon pump to inflate your balloons.

Always secure helium-filled balloons with a weight.

When you're done enjoying your balloons, cut the ends and properly dispose.

Keep children safe when playing with balloons and dispose any deflated or popped balloons right away.

Keep indoors.

Keep away from heat sources (as above latex is just as delicate!).

Keep around smooth surfaces, especially around ceilings.

Release from the transport bag as soon as possible.

Watch out for spotlights – the fittings or heat could cause the balloon to pop.

Cold rooms could stop the balloon returning to it’s original shape once back in a warmer room.

Children! They love balloons but they also love to see how much of a beating one can take before it goes pop!

Doors – trailing balloons have a knack for getting jammed in closing doors.

Keep the balloon indoors.

Don’t bash the balloon. Naturally if you hit something with enough force it will cause damage and balloons are no different.

Every time a balloon is hit against something you run the risk of the balloon popping or helium escaping.

Keep the balloon in just the right temperature. In cold air helium contracts and will give the balloon a deflated appearance. Warm air will do the opposite and could cause a balloons to explode.

Should your balloon appear deflated, putting it back in to a moderately warm room will bring it back to it’s full glory.

We will always offer you a bag to transport your balloons from the shop to your chosen venue.

If a bag is refused we will always recommend you hold your balloon from the balloon itself and not the ribbon as the wind can pull your balloon off from its ribbon.

Unfortunately once the balloons leave our premises we cannot be held responsible for them. If you decide to take your balloon out of the bag outside and in the elements and your balloon is pulled off the ribbon there is nothing we can do.

All of these risks are out of our control and therefore we would not be able to offer a refund or replacement unless you reorder and pay again for your balloons.

It's advisable to not leave your balloons in a car for long periods of time due to them being sensitive to temperature.
